Are too many pimples bothering you??

Most of us are sick and tired of pimples... but before you reach out for that anti-pimple cream and paste your skin with more chemicals you should make sure that you are not actually the one directly responsible for causing them.

There some things that if done, could prevent pimples to a great extent.
  1. Avoid touching your face:
    1. Unless it is to wash it or for something else important.
    2. After touching the handles and support bars in Public transportation systems like buses, trains etc.
    3. After touching the support railing of Stair cases, Escalators etc.
    4. After touching devices in your office like computer keyboards and mouse.
    5. To wipe the sweat off your face during or after any work that exposes you to dust, dirt, bacteria etc.
    6. After touching unclean surfaces (I know it sounds very dumb to be specially mentioning that but sometimes during the excitement we tend to forget and touch our faces).
  2. Avoid the use of Cosmetics on the Face. especially powders and oily creams that can block pores or attract dust particles and germs.
  3. When traveling in moving vehicles, through areas with High amount of SPM (Suspended Particulate Matter) like Dust, Fly Ash, Carbon, Cement etc. Kindly cover your face with a soft clean cloth and protect your eyes with Glasses. These particles get embedded into our skin pores when traveling. This is not much of a problem for people traveling in closed AC vehicles...

In addition to the above precautionary measures, maintaining a good healthy and well balanced diet free from oily junk food will also prevent a lot of pimples, your skin will gain more immunity against pimple causing pathogens thus giving you a better quality of skin.

Are Gooseberries too sour for you to eat?

Gooseberries are a natural source of Vitamin C and many other nutrients.
Unfortunately for some some people like me... eating them is too much to ask for. moreover it also makes the teeth of most people very sensitive.

So finally I have come up with a simple tasty solution...
First cut the gooseberries into thin slices and add them to a glass of water, with a pinch of salt and 1 or 2 table spoons of sugar added to it.
Next, refrigerate it for a few hours you will notice that the sour acid mixes into the sweetened water making it into an awesome juice....
With more time the slices loose all their sour taste and then become very easy to consume...

To be honest if you dont have the patience, just grind it in a Mixer with sugar and water with a pinch of salt and enjoy the super Immunity Booster Drink with the pulp (Its best to consume with the pulp).

Note: I have not mentioned how much sugar and water, as it is as per each individuals preference. If you are calorie conscious then you may use salt instead.

Try it you will enjoy it...
